If you purchase an item and you aren't loving it...here's our return policy:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of full priced purchase for STORE CREDIT!
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS! STORE CREDIT ONLY!
An item is eligible for return if it was purchased full priced (no promo or discount applied at checkout), tags still attached and free of smell or any stain. If your purchase meets these requirements, please email shopthestylepalette@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line and please state in the email which item(s) you are requesting to return and we will proceed with return instructions if the return is approved.
PLEASE NOTE: If an item is sent back to us without an authorization via email, a return will not be processed. Items returned with no authorization will be available at our store to be picked up anytime or we will be happy to ship the item back to you for $10.
The customer is responsible for shipping the item back, and we must receive the returned item within 7 days of your return request being approved.
If you are placing an order for "local pickup", our 7 day return policy begins when you receive a pickup notification. You then will have 7 days to return/exchange you item if you don't love it.
