Return Policy:

If you purchase an item and you aren't loving it...here's our return policy: 

Returns are accepted within 7 days of full priced purchase for EXCHANGE ONLY!

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS! EXCHANGES ONLY! WE DO NOT ISSUE STORE CREDITS.

An item is eligible for return if it was purchased full priced (no promo or discount applied at checkout), tags still attached and free of smell or any stains.

Please note the following items are final sale: Any seasonal/holiday apparel, Jewlery & Accessories (this includes necklaces, earrings, scarves, bags, bracelets etc), Shoes, Custom Items, Pre-Orders, Undergarments and Bodysuits. 

If your purchase meets these requirements, please email shopthestylepalette@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line and please state in the email which item(s) you are requesting to return and we will proceed with return instructions if the return is accepted.

Please note that colors may vary on certain products due to lighting and brightening filters!

If a customer requests more than 3 returns in a 45 day window, there will be a 30% restocking fee due to our inventory turnover being extremely high!

PLEASE NOTE: If an item is sent back to us without an authorization via email, a return will not be processed. Items returned with no authorization will be available at our store to be picked up anytime or we will be happy to ship the item back to you for $10. 

The customer is responsible for shipping the item back, and we must receive the returned item within 7 days of your return request being approved.

If you are placing an order for "local pickup", our 7 day return policy begins when you receive a pickup notification. You then will have 7 days to return/exchange you item if you don't love it.

 

Damages:

If your item is damaged, it has to be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your item. We inspect all of our items prior to them going out on our sales floor and/or shipping out. Please email your damage to shopthestylepalette@gmail.com with your order # in the subject and the word “damage” beside it. 

 

Sale Items:

When a sale over 40% off is launched online, typically our sales volume is extremely high. Due to this, sale orders over 40% off may take extra processing time due to high order volume.
